Hebrews 10:25 exhorts, “Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another – and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

“The Bright Spot” was created to be an online safe haven for you and all members of The Presidential Prayer Team…a place where we can meet together on a daily basis and receive encouragement – from inspiring Scripture, from illuminating quotes, from anointed poetry, and from each other’s words – that we need as we do the good work of praying for our nation and its leaders.

Communities Participate in National Day of Prayer

Nearly 200 people were in attendance at the Anthem National Day of Prayer celebration at Veterans Memorial Park. The event was hosted by several community churches. Numerous civic leaders participated praying for the needs and futures of their respective fields of service, including a member of the U.S. Army just back from Afghanistan, a school teacher, a business leader, the fire chief and a representative of local law enforcement.

The organizing team expressed their thanks to The Presidential Prayer Team for assisting in making their event a time to show their community that prayer can make a difference.

    God bless this nation is what I pray daily. He has blessed us for a reason. Thank you for encouraging Americans to never stop praying for this God-given right. I pray daily with your devotional.I have many different devotionals, but I always read and pray with you every day.God will continue to bless this nation if we never give up no matter how terrible it looks. Keep up the good work. God bless America, the Land that I love.
